Think Tank Momma

Happy Saturday Smackers!

It's Theme Time!
(Theme time is said like Hammer Time in case ya'll don't get that.)

compliments of
BUFFEE aka LilSis, aka Tagalong over at The Truth According to Buffee.  She has lots of theme ideas.  I told her a week or so ago she can't pick the theme every week, but if ya'll don't tell me what you want to see?  I guess she can pick.  Just sayin'.  I need to know what you ALL want to see.

Since it's becoming Fall, or at least that's what I hear, it's still the temperature of the sun's surface here in Florida, I thought I would finally do a soup theme that Buffee has suggested multiple times.

SOUPS AND STEWS

provided via Google images

Belly warmin' goodness!  When you don't feel good there really isn't anything that tastes as good as a big bowl of hot soup.  I want to know your favorite soups.  How do you serve them?  Over rice?  with crackers?  with rolls?  a slice of bread and butter? grilled cheese on the side?  do you top them?

Don't forget to send me your recipes if you want me to post them!
Enjoy your weekend!

If I could insert the mad face from my blackberry right here I would! Just sayin'

I've been wanting to do soups forever! Woohoo! I'm totally excited! Even if we're living on the surface of the sun, I still love soup! Anytime of the year!

I'm so ready for fall!

I love me some soup, especially in the dead of a Minnesota winter! Now I have to figure out how to get a soup made, a post scheduled, my house cleaned, laundry caught up, and my bags packed to COME SEE YOU!

Awesome! I love soup, I just don't have a real recipe, I just throw stuff into a pot until it smells like it should and let it cook till I'm to hungry to wait longer. Will have to try and come up with a recipe though.

Some ideas for SAS - Stuff on Sticks (Kabobs, corndogs, popsicles etc.), Kids Fave Dish, Best Non-Edible recipe (I have a really cool playdough recipe), Candy recipes, Pumpkin recipes (I love all things pumpkin!!)... OK thats all I got for now. =)
