I hosted @Gevalia's #beanchat this week.  For those of you who don't know, #beanchat is a weekly Twitter chat.  Each week a blogger hosts, we discuss different topics, we all chime in and just have a good time.  Every Thursday morning from 10am EST - 11am EST.
We talked a lot about food this week.  Imagine that!  While discussing Share a Spoon, Toni said she would like to have a casserole week.  She's been experimenting in the kitchen and finds casseroles an easy fix meal that she can do for her family.  I told her we would let her host Share a Spoon for casseroles.  And thus, the theme was born.
Now, I don't care if you call it a "hot dish", a baked wonder, or a casserole.  The name doesn't matter to me.  I just want your recipes!  Every single one of you has a baked dish that makes you feel like home.  Probably because said dish is smothered in cheese.  So....come share your favorite this week with me!
