2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar (packed firmly)
1 cup peanut oil
1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
4 extra large eggs
1 15oz can pumpkin
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pumpkin and spice is oh so nice!! I'm thinking this cake was amazing! And all that science talk is quite sexy, hahaha. I haven't done a lot of baking recently (except for all the zucchini recipes!), we are melting in NC too :P
