Share a Spoon: What's for lunch

Think Tank Momma

Welcome Smackers!

I am going to start posting the themes for each Thursday's edition of Share a Spoon on Saturday.  That way if you want to take pictures for linking up you will know before hand.  This week's theme is a request from Alicia aka QuesoBonito of It Ain't Easy Being Cheesy.  She requested some recipes and ideas for lunches.  Summer is coming up and kids tire quickly of the mac n' cheese, chicken nuggets or hot dogs.  Plus, I would prefer you not feed your kiddos that processed garbage anyway.  I know that's tough.  Especially with picky eaters.  But, baby steps folks!
So link up with me this week won't you?  Share your lunch time favorites!
If you have a theme you would like to see let me know.  You can leave it in the comments or email me adrienzgirl@gmail.com
What's your recipe box/book missing?

Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there!

I am loving this idea and I'm so glad you threw in your Jamie Oliver thoughts---no nuggets/hot dogs, etc...I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

My kids are very into grilled cheese, pb & j, and cold cuts. I could use some new ideas myself. but they are not very adventurous...

I don't think I have any ideas, but I'm looking forward to reading others! Summer is a hard lunch time. :)

My kids are boring eaters and like to stick to the same old stuff over and over again. So I tend to chuck throw some fruit and a sandwich at them. Ideas please!

I was going to say grilled cheese sandwiches like someone else above. I am horrible at the whole processed food thing. It's so hard especially during school, to pack a healthy lunch!
