Happy Weekend my lovelies! This week's theme is from my sister.  Buffee over at The Truth According to Buffee asked for a Memorial Day theme for this week.  So Thursday, please link your grilling favorites.  You can share grill tips, marinades, sides.  Oh how we love those sides that go with burgers, dogs, BBQ chicken, ahh......I am salivating like Pavlov's bitch already!

 

I'll be sharing a couple of favorites myself!  The best baked beans recipe ever, and my red potato salad.  Please share your grill favorites won't you?

I'd love to hear from those of you that have tried recipes we have all shared.  I was thrilled to receive a quick recipe in the comments from Drollgirl for a quick pizza sauce or dip.  I tried it on pizza dough that I picked up from the deli at our local super market.  It was fantastic!  Loved it.  The recipe is below.

one thing i like to make is super easy and really good as pizza sauce or dipping sauce: put 1 large can roma tomatoes and 1 large jar of roasted red peppers in blender. add a little brown sugar and a little olive oil, plus salt and pepper to taste. blend on high. it is scrumptious and easy! and it is so good as pizza sauce!
